Proposals
Anyone can propose a game and anyone holding STAR can vote on it. Submitting and voting both require a connected wallet and go through a real signed transaction — see the note on the Earn page.
Submit a game proposal
Costs 100000000 Qu, attached to the transaction itself. The URI should point at whatever describes the proposed game (spec, repo, writeup) — it's stored as up to 64 raw bytes on-chain, not fetched or validated by the contract.
Active proposals
Open for voting right now — either a brand new submission, or an approved proposal automatically back for reconfirmation (see "Approved proposals" below). Costs 1000 STAR per vote, deducted regardless of which way you vote.

Approved proposals
Passed their vote. Not permanent — each one automatically comes back to the active list above for reconfirmation ~18 months (78 epochs) after it was last approved, vote tally reset to zero, so ongoing community interest keeps getting checked rather than assumed forever from one vote. A proposal passing doesn't do anything to its proposer's QSC balance — they can redeem it for Qu themselves, whenever they like, from the Earn page.
